- These grease pumps have pre-lubricated air motors for eliminating the requirement of an external oiler.
- They have pneumatically assisted mechanical air valves for assuring positive tripping.
- Their zinc head casting design is lightweight and features an integral patented muffler & uniform wall thickness for minimising noise levels even under high stress.
- Their springless air motor eliminates chances of premature pump failure against spring fatigue.
- They have a single-piece pump outlet body for withstanding constant high lubricant pressures.
- Their nitride steel bushings & plunger resist abrasion against abrasive conditions.
- Selected models have micro lapped bushing, plunger & air valve mating parts for preventing bleeding of air & bypassing of lubricant. This feature eliminates the requirement for washer & packing replacement.

- Lincoln pneumatic grease pumps have a suction stem / tube and pump assembly.
- The suction stem / tube is submerged into the grease pump while the pumping assembly stays outside & on the drum.
- These pumps operate on compressed air and generate suction to transfer drum's grease to machinery / equipment or storage containers.
- These pumps are connected to air & lubricant connecting hoses through built in ports.
